Alpha Networks Creates 2022 Revenue Record Highs for the company Powered by Continued Group Synergies

Alpha Networks Inc., the leading information-communications maker, announced today (1/4) consolidated revenues of 3.646 billion NTD for December last year and year-on-year growth of 31.41%, bringing the cumulative consolidated revenues for the whole of 2022 to 33.634 billion NTD, for an YoY growth of 20.72%. Overall performance revenue for the month of December and 2022 as a whole was therefore outstanding and represented record highs for the company.

Growth during 2022 and December in particular benefited mainly from the alleviation of material shortages and the ending of COVID-19 restrictions in China. In addition to the continued development of existing markets, Alpha Networks also expanded into new regional markets such as Europe, Asia-Pacific, and South America.

Product-wise, the Alpha Group is bringing new products such as 5G small cells, Wi-Fi 6 network extenders, and DOCSIS 3.1 cable routers with integrated Wi-Fi 6, high-end switches and PC camera products to the market. Low-earth-orbit satellite products are now in the pipeline too. On the production side, kinks in the supply chain are gradually being ironed out with the existing Vietnam plant now back on track; a new Vietnam plant will start production soon as well. When these plants are combined with existing Alpha production locations in Taiwan and China, they provide Alpha with a highly flexible and diversified production system that strengthens the company’s long-term competitiveness.

Alpha Networks along with its subsidiaries Hitron Technologies Inc. (2419) and Interactive Digital Technologies Inc. (6486) have both made significant progress in new products and fields. Despite a challenging broader environment in 2023, Alpha remains upbeat on its overall development in the year ahead and expects to maintain its strong growth.
