Alpha Networks utilizes group resources to continuously increase profits on the basis of four key themes: strengthening core business, innovation, expansion and acquisition

Major network communication manufacturer Alpha Networks (TWSE:3380) hosted its 2022 annual shareholder meeting today (May 31) to announce 2021 financial report. According to Chairwoman Huang Wen-Fang, consolidated revenue of 2021 was NTD27.862 billion, with a consolidated gross margin of 16.5%, showing a 0.9% increase compared to last year (15.6%). Alpha Networks also achieved a NOP of NTD 710 million, consolidated profit after tax of NTD 540 million and CNIS (consolidated net income attributed to stockholders of the company) of NTD 434 million, equivalent to EPS of NTD 0.8. In the meeting, Alpha Networks announced to issue NTD 0.7 per share in cash dividends from surplus earning distribution and NTD 0.1 per share in cash dividends from APIC (additional paid-in capital), meaning investors will receive NTD 0.8 per share in cash dividends.

Chairwoman April Huang pointed out that the impact of pandemic and raw material shortage last year urged Alpha Networks to continuously invest in R&D and innovation to address the rapidly changing industry and lifestyle as well as aggressively expand business to increase profits. Alpha Networks also actively configures the network infrastructure utilizing a comprehensive product portfolio and teams with other major manufacturers to turn ideas into products in the possible shortest time to market. Besides a shorter R&D schedule, the incorporation of resources leveraging complementary technologies and product lines from Hitrontech and Qisda Group realizes the synergy that facilitates product development and market share increase. The financial report of 2022 Q1 shows year-over-year profit increase and Alpha Networks will continue to strive for year-over-year growth.
