Alpha Networks Recognized in CommonHealth’s Corporate Health Responsibility Awards for Its Comprehensive Approach to Workplace Health Integrating Preventive Care, Mental Health Support and Family Care to Support Employees at Different Stages of Life

Alpha Networks Inc. (TWSE: 3380), a leading networking solutions provider and a member of Qisda Group (TWSE: 2352), has been recognized in CommonHealth magazine’s 2026 Corporate Health Responsibility (CHR) Awards, reflecting its continued commitment to employee health promotion and support for family caregiving. Through health risk classification based on employee health examination results, healthy dining options, physical and mental health support, and family-friendly measures, Alpha Networks integrates health and well-being into everyday working life, helping employees balance work and personal responsibilities.

Alpha Networks noted that caring for employee health also requires an understanding of employees’ needs at different stages of life. The company promotes workplace health across four areas—health awareness, nutrition, physical activity and health management—and extends its support to childcare and eldercare, enabling employees to care for both themselves and their families with greater peace of mind.

From Health Examinations to Follow-Up Care: Building a Continuous Health Management Framework

Drawing on annual employee health examination data, Alpha Networks has established a framework for health risk classification and follow-up care. On-site health management professionals provide individual consultations, ongoing health support and referral recommendations, helping employees understand their examination results and take appropriate follow-up action. In 2025, employee participation in health examinations reached 99%, and the company completed health case management and follow-up for 160 employees, extending its health services beyond examinations to ongoing care.

The company also works with external healthcare providers to offer targeted screening programs, including low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) lung scans, women’s health screenings and abdominal ultrasound examinations, making preventive healthcare more accessible to employees. On-site medical staff continue to follow up with employees whose results indicate abnormalities and help arrange further medical consultations.

Combining Healthy Eating with Regular Physical Activity to Make Health Part of Everyday Life

To help employees develop healthy habits, Alpha Networks has introduced a traffic-light food labeling system and calorie information in its employee cafeteria, alongside dining options with less oil, salt and sugar. These efforts are complemented by free access to a fitness center, a variety of employee clubs, online walking programs and physical fitness assessments, encouraging employees to take an active role in managing their health through everyday food choices and physical activity.

As the company continued to implement health consultations, nutrition initiatives and exercise programs, the proportion of employees identified as having metabolic syndrome declined from 27% in 2024 to 26% in 2025. The company uses this indicator to track progress and guide further improvements to its health promotion measures.

Extending Care to Families: Supporting Childcare and Eldercare Needs

To support employees’ mental health and well-being, Alpha Networks offers psychological counseling and stress management resources through its Employee Assistance Program (EAP), helping employees cope with pressures at work and in daily life. To address childcare and eldercare needs, the company provides eldercare leave, paid leave for employees to accompany their children on their first day of elementary school, subsidies for dependent group insurance and flexible working hours, easing the demands of balancing work and family responsibilities.

Alpha Networks stated that recognition in CommonHealth’s Corporate Health Responsibility Awards affirms its sustained commitment to a healthy workplace. Going forward, the company will continue to refine its preventive healthcare, mental health support and family care measures based on employee needs and health management outcomes, helping employees work with peace of mind and lead healthy lives at every stage of life.
