Alpha Networks sets record monthly high revenue in June sales

Major network communication manufacturer Alpha Networks（TWSE:3380） announced that the company achieved consolidated revenue of NTD 3.847 billion in June sales today (4), an all-time high in monthly consolidated revenue with a 41.2% year-over-year growth. The cumulative consolidated revenue in the 1st half of the year also showed a 2.8% year-over-year growth, reaching NTD 15.162 billion.

According to Alpha Network CFO and spokesperson Kathy Chen, the remarkable YOY growth in June sales as well as the sales increase to last month were contributed by factors including the development of well-planned strategic configuration, a higher market share in North America, the ease of COVID-19 restrictions in China and improvements in raw material shortage and shipments. Alpha Networks will continually dedicate to improving material lead-time to drive growth in the future.

Meanwhile, in response to the changes of global communication industry, Alpha Networks started a new facility in Vietnam and it is expected to enter mass production stage in the 2nd half of this year. Mass production in Vietnam factory will make Vietnam and Taiwan facilities share 40% of the total capacity, while Changshu and Dongguan facilities in China take the rest 60%. Looking into the 2nd half of this year, Alpha Networks is cautiously optimistic about the sales and expects to achieve another full-year growth if the material shortage can be properly resolved, along with the successful mass production in Vietnam facility and the launch of new products.
