Hsinchu, Taiwan, July 8th, 2005 – Alpha Networks Inc. (Taiwan: 3380.TW) today announced that net sales for June 2005 totaled NT$1,347,019 thousand, approximately equal to May 2005. On a year-over-year basis, net sales for June 2005 decreased 1%. Revenues from January to June of 2005 were NT$7,640,117 thousand, increased 8% over the same period last year. The 2nd quarter revenue of 2005 increased 8% over the 1st quarter.
